All sales are final. We accept returns for refund or exchange for items damaged in transit.
Refunds and Exchanges
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 5 days of receiving your product at firstname.lastname@example.org to alert us of the damage. You will be issued a return authorization number. You must then ship the damaged item to us. Upon receipt of the damaged item we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available we will refund the full purchase price of your item.
Used or worn garments
You cannot return online purchases in store.
Please note, for garments, we allow 7 days from receipt of product as long as unwashed, unworn (or defective), and not final sale.
To complete your return, we require a receipt of proof of purchase. Please scan invoice or receipt to: email@example.com
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable) Books with obvious signs of use are not refundable. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notifuy you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your replacement refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are damaged. If you need to exchange a purchased item for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with "return info" in the subject line and return your item with the given return authorization number.
Late or missing refunds (where applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company. It make take several days before your refund is officially posted. You should then contact your bank. Please consider processing time before a refund is posted.
